Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: You must notify the company 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. In the event of a cancellation, the option offered is to reschedule the booking to a new date. 3. Payment and Late Cancellation Policy: If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, 100% of the cost of the booked service will be charged. A full refund will be issued if the company cancels the appointment. 4. Vouchers and Validity: Purchased vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers will not be accepted; they are non-refundable and non-transferable. 5. Punctual Arrival: We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to make the most of your experience. 6. Modifications and Adjustments: Japanese Head Spa reserves the right to modify bookings in exceptional cases, notifying the client as far in advance as possible. 7.
