Legal terms and conditions of the Instagram giveaway

1. Organizing company

This giveaway is organized by Sofia Yoga Tenerife (@sofiayoga.tf) and Japanese Head Spa Tenerife (@japaneseheadspatenerife).

2. Purpose of the draw

The purpose of the giveaway is to promote the activity on Instagram of the organizing accounts and to reward the community with the chance to enjoy:

  • One (1) online or in-person yoga class in Puerto de la Cruz with Sofia Yoga.

  • One (1) Essential Head Spa treatment at Japanese Head Spa Tenerife.

3. Scope and participants

Participation is open to all individuals over 18 years of age residing in Tenerife or who can travel to Puerto de la Cruz to enjoy the prize.

4. Draw dates

The draw will begin on Monday, August 18, 2025 and will end on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at 23:59h (Canary Islands time).
The winner will be announced on Monday, August 25, 2025 through the organizers' official Instagram accounts.

5. Requirements to participate

To participate in the draw you will need to:

  1. Follow @sofiayoga.tf and @japaneseheadspatenerife on Instagram.

  2. Like the giveaway post.

  3. Comment on the post mentioning another person (no limit on entries as long as different accounts are mentioned).

  4. (Optional) Share the post in your stories to increase your chances of winning.

Only entries that meet all mandatory requirements will be considered valid.

6. Selection of the winner

The winner will be selected randomly using a digital drawing tool from among all valid entries.
The winner's name will be published on Instagram and they will be contacted via direct message. If they do not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen.

7. Prize

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

8. Data protection

The personal data provided by the participants will be used exclusively to manage the draw and the delivery of the prize, in accordance with the provisions of current data protection regulations.

9. Exemption from liability

Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, administer, or associate with this giveaway in any way.
The organizers reserve the right to modify the rules if necessary, provided that the essence of the draw is not altered.

10. Acceptance of the terms and conditions

Participation in this draw implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.
