Booking Conditions

1. Bookings and Confirmations

All bookings must be made through our online booking system or via WhatsApp.

Payment for services must be made in advance.

A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Japanese Head Spa with the complete booking details.

2. Cancellations

The company must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

In the event of a cancellation, the option offered is to reschedule the booking to a new date/time.

3. Payment Policy and Late Cancellations

If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, 100% of the cost of the booked service will be charged.

4. Gift Vouchers and Validity

Purchased gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Expired gift vouchers will not be accepted and are non-refundable.

5. Punctual Arrival

We recommend arriving on time for your scheduled appointment so you can fully enjoy the experience.

If you arrive late, the treatment time may need to be adjusted and could be reduced in order to respect subsequent appointments.

6. Modifications and Adjustments

Japanese Head Spa reserves the right to make changes to bookings in exceptional cases, notifying the client as far in advance as possible.

7. Informed Consent

It is mandatory to accept and sign the informed consent form in order to receive the treatment.

If you refuse to sign it, the treatment will not be carried out and no refund will be issued.
