Booking Conditions

1. Reservations and Confirmations:

• All reservations must be made through our online reservation system or via WhatsApp.

• Payment for services will be made in advance.

• The reservation is considered confirmed once you receive confirmation via email from Japanese Head Spa with the complete reservation details.

2. Cancellations:

• Notice must be given to the company 24 hours in advance.

• The option offered when canceling an appointment is to change the reservation to a new day/time.

3. Late Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• If the reservation is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, 100% of the cost of the reserved service will be charged.

4. Gift Vouchers and Validity:

• Gift vouchers purchased are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

• Expired gift vouchers will not be accepted and will not be refundable.

5. Punctual Arrival:

• We recommend that you arrive on time at the scheduled time. so you can fully enjoy the experience. If you arrive late, the treatment time must be adjusted and could be reduced to respect subsequent appointments.​

6. Modifications and Adjustments:

• Japanese Head Spa reserves the right to make modifications to reservations in exceptional cases, notifying the client as much in advance as possible.

7. Informed consent

• It is necessary to accept and sign the informed consent in order to carry out the treatment. If you refuse to sign it, the treatment will not be carried out and no refund will be made.
